Young Royals x gossip girl + a lesbian princess = this incredible story of two young women from different worlds that somehow find their way together despite nearly everything and everyone around them contributing to their struggles. 

For being a fairly lighthearted story it felt extremely immersive. It was real and raw emotions capturing beautifully the awkwardness of young love and questioning that so many young queer people go through.

This was cute. An author’s note in the beginning explains why this is basically a sapphic novel version of Young Royals but wasn’t inspired by it, but honestly even if it was I still would have enjoyed it.

This is definitely one of the better romance booms out there, with a lot more action and plot to it then I had thought. 
Teenage angst is captured quite well by the author and the characters just come to live so realistically (even tho I think the characters feel older than high schoolers)
I loved the relationship between Danni and rose it’s just a great read
