This was such a beautiful book that demonstrates how mental health issues impact our day to day life on how we view ourselves and others. It brought me peace and comfort and I felt like I learned a lot from the psychiatrist.

This book is hard to rate.  It's part memoir and part self-help, with the author sharing transcripts of conversations with her therapist for about 80% of the book.  I've never read anything like it.
