I could relate to the problems the writer have. It’s nice to know that I’m not the only one that felt this way. The format of the book is very conversational, but it doesn’t leave a lot of room for internal processes. I wished the small chapters at the back is dispersed throughout to fully understand the writer’s mindset. I rated it lower because I think the book is not that applicable to me. It’s great for someone that has never been to therapy or new to the process.
