What can I say, this was my first Emily Henry book and I really enjoyed reading it. It was like a warm hug and I really loved the banter between Daphne and Miles.

Miles is such a loving man.

Warning: does come with a bit of spice so if you’re not into that sort of thing it won’t be a book for you to read.

My third Emily Henry and probably my favorite. I just really loved all of the characters (except Peter and Petra, both of whom I wanted to physically fight) and the setting was so charming. The two things keeping this from being a 5/5 for me are how quickly the relationship moved, especially given how it started, did give me pause at times, and the fact that Ashleigh’s kid was in school all the time but this whole story took place over a summer. Please, authors, I beg of you to look up a realistic school year calendar for the places your stories are set.
