Didn’t grip me, felt a bit too up itself

Just okay- incredibly boring at times and I will even admit I kept reading thinking L & M were going to have some illicit, crazy affair but nope. Weird people/artists told in a weird way, especially when it starts out with her sitting opposite the "devil" and who the hell was "Jeffers." LOL

This book was a weird one, but I loved it. It's unnerving, psychological, and makes you feel all kinds of uncomfortable. Brilliant writing and incredibly intriguing characters.
