Just when I think I understand how the cosmere works, there are more complexities! I was tempted to skip this one as I’d read that you could move on to Rhythm of War without making this pit stop but it definitely seems like the developments in this book will be important in the future.
Dawnshard is Rysn’s story and she doesn’t disappoint as a representation of a strong female who bears a physical disability. Lopen is a side character and as usual a pain in the ass ( I say this with all the affection I have for every member of bridge four)
