I loved this book so much! I think Tucker is my favorite guy of the series (even though I love them all!) just because of how sweet and considerate he is. I liked how this book incorporates more real-life plot points where I saw them consider the future and how much work it would take for them to live/work as a couple. Every scene with past characters from previous books made me way too happy! We saw how everyone’s lives progressed nicely. As for the pregnancy trope, I think it worked well in this book. It was established early that Tucker wanted a family eventually so it made sense the way his character reacted and Sabrina actually considered her options and needs so it felt natural unlike some books. Plus it was not the central point of the plot. I liked how the book was mainly about Sabrina realizing that what she thought was the only path for herself, was not the only option to finding happiness. It was a nice message. However, if you’re reading solely for the steam, I felt that it wasn’t quite as strong or impactful as previous books. It didn’t hurt my enjoyment though. I loved Tucker and Sabrina’s story!

This is the first book in the off-campus saga that fell I little bit flat for me. I do not know if it is because we already know were the story will go and therefore felt the story drag a little bit or if it is because I did not fall in love with Sabrina as a main character.

Overall, this was definitely my least favorite of the series and it was all definitely because of the pregnancy plotline. It's definitely not a topic that I enjoy reading about, but I guess the author did an okay job with the storyline for Tucker and Sabrina (and honestly, it's not surprising that pregnancy was going to come up at some point in this series). I'm just happy it wasn't super pro-life considering Sabrina kept Jamie.

I did like getting to see more of Tucker consider he was barely involved in the earlier three books and I liked getting to know Sabrina after only seeing her from Dean's POV in the previous book. Their relationship was cute and I loved the final "I love you" reveal, even though at a certain point it felt a little dragged out even if it did kind of make sense for Sabrina's character.

Tucker made it easy for me to read this book, I wanted to finish the series. We already learned about the pregnancy in The Score, so I went in not expecting much. I just don’t like the unplanned/surprise pregnancy trope, mostly for the lack of communication that seems to go hand in hand. I’m glad Tucker knew immediately, but I still don’t like how Sabrina and he didn’t talk about anything. I got frustrated after reading so often that she didn’t deserve him, how she was ruining his life, without having any indication this was true. I can understand where she’s coming from with her past, but assuming never leads to anything good. I loved how all the guys were with the baby, so cute!

Steam: 🔥🔥🔥🔥
