I absolutely loved this! It’s crazy to me that this is the same author as the Divergent series.
I liked the magic/folklore concept and the balance of power between humans and mortals. 
My only gripe was some things left unexplained. Like if humans generally don’t know that creatures exist, how can you have a huge bloody battle on a Chicago street and it’s not a problem?

I liked it. A quick view into a hidden underworld that we have legends for, if not much knowledge of. Looking forward to the next one.
