Excellent. Lots of specific details & encouragement & reminders. Nice to see sections for specialty items, too.

I’ve been annoyed with sizing for even my everyday basics for awhile. This gave me some hints for sizing and styles of those basics that might work for me.

I’ve always been a fan of this blogger, and this puts together some of the best advice I’ve seen in the industry and taught me a few new things! Maybe now I will finally splurge on some fancy kimono-style robes to swan about the house in.

Dude. They mentioned people who had actual medical problems with their breasts and vulva. AND they mentioned trans and non-binary people. That's so fucking dope.

Being a lingerie specialist for so long, I knew a very large majority of this already but the way she explains and lays it all out is very down to earth and nonthreatening for those who might have more questions.

This book is alright. Since I’m a person who works in a bra shop and went through bra training. Plus I took clothing history. This is full of information I already knew.

If I had to look at this book from a women who didn’t know anything about lingerie. This book would be great and full of information that women need. A lot of women don’t understand lingerie and carrying around myths about bras that aren’t true. It’s a cute book with good illustrations. But this is more of entertainment book, than book that really goes into depth about lingerie. This is a perfect book for basic lingerie 101 information and it’s really for someone who doesn’t know anything about lingerie.

I was hoping to learn something new... but this won’t be something I will keep on my shelf.

I wish I'd had this in my late teens/20s--would have been so much better informed on what to wear and why over the years.

In Intimate Detail is one of the most comprehensive guides that I have read on lingerie. As a first layer designer I wanted to do more research and widen my knowledge on all the components of first layer garments. The author does a great job at breaking down the different components of lingerie including bras, underwear, shape wear, lounge wear, etc.

I like how this book is about body positivity and focusing on what will make you feel comfortable and confident in. The author gave great bonus tips through out the book and had beautiful illustrations.

The lingerie and shape wear chapters were the most informative and I’ll applying the lingerie quantitative recommendations from the end of the book. After reading, I’ve realized the need for slips in my faja majority shape wear collection.
