I loved this book so much this is absolutely one of my new favourites. It reminds me of Watch over me and Burn our bodies down. It's such a hauntingly beautiful way to overcome and confront grief and loss.

Love itttt

It was good. Interesting generational trauma. Loved the magic in it. Not my usual genre, but really liked it.

Loved this magical Southern Gothic YA page-turner! A quick, compelling read with a mystery that kept me hooked. I thought I knew early on where it was going, but it totally surprised me. The main characters were a little less interesting than the atmospheric setting and the plot, but this was an extremely enjoyable read all the way through -- also, try to hear the words in anything other than a lilting Southern accent, I dare you. That added to the enjoyment factor greatly.

Ghost Wood Song is an entertaining magical realism novel that’s an easy read, ideal for a lazy Sunday afternoon. It's not scary ghost story, in case you're wondering. I highly recommend the audiobook.
