Semi-Pseudo-Superheros is a fantasy novel by author Michelle L. Levigne. This is book two of the Neighborlee, Ohio series.

Charlie and Rainbow Zephyr adopted Lanie August, superhero, when she was six and now she is in college. According to Lanie her parents are the coolest ever. The cool thing about Lanie as a superhero is she can fly.

Readers familiar with the series will remember snobby Sylvia Grandstone. Yes, Sylvia is back and living in England.

While reading, I learned that Henry VIII was married six times and he did not kill all his wives. One died during childbirth.

I appreciated learning about Lanie’s college years and all the antics that happened. I read the novella in one day. I just couldn’t get enough and had to find out what happened next. I recommend this novella to fans of fantasy and SF. You do not have to read the first book of the series to understand this book. But, you’ll want to go back and read it.
