Engstrom taking her readers on a full on wild ride again! Had to knock a star off for the pacing, which is more of a "me problem." I love Engstrom's writing. I also loved that at the end of each chapter, parts of the story are retold from a different character's POV. This is important for character and plot development, but that's all I will say to avoid spoiling.

Another knockout from Elizabeth Engstrom. Thought I had a handle on this until the last quarter. Angelina at that point is unbearably horrific and worth every page. Love this book.

Perfect. I loved every minute of this. An excellent depiction of how to make a character who is a horrible person sympathetic, and I love the narrative that goes along on the side with the people Angelina leaves in her wake.
