Listened to this one in english since the norwegian translation is still due to be released. I have to say I liked the first book better, the story is moving more slowly than "My Brilliant Friend", but this one really has its moments, and towards the end it is really picking up. The brilliant mind of Lenu is fascinating and she is maturing into a blushing sophisticated intellectual. I am curious now, what happens to Lila?
