Another fast-faced fabulous thriller from Harriet Tyce, that I simply could not put down. Unreliable characters, intelligent writing and non-stop drama.

At first I was really enjoying it, then about halfway I was sick of the characters I hated them all except for the narrator and I was so sure I knew where it was going. Bit of a twist at the end that changes my view of it that was a surprise, but not my fave thing I’ve read

It Ends At Midnight follows the story of a successful solicitor and aspiring judge intertwined with a news story and flashforwards of police officials investigating two deaths on New Year’s Eve. Sylvie’s story is interesting to read although not particularly new in the genre and although it was a good read, I expected all of the twists before they happened. A good read but not the best I’ve read.
