Another really good one. I figured out who the murderer was early on. And Poppy was a naughty girl! I liked the way the book ended but sad that it was the last. I want to know what Roe is up to now and if she'll ever get rid of her brother.

In many ways this book comes full circle from the start of the series. A satisfying ending and some surprises along the way.

I was a bit bored with this book in the series. I knew what was going on with Aurora from her first nap, and I got so bored with her not realizing what her symptoms were. I also figured out whodunit a little too early. To me, it was obvious. However, I was thrilled to find after doing some research that there will be more Aurora Teagarden books. I just wasn’t in the mood for this book, but I’m definitely looking forward to the rest.

Roe has been getting quite whiney in the last few books, but that tone seems to have lessened a bit in this installment of the series. Good storyline, easy read.

Honestly, I don’t really like this series, but it’s a quick palate cleanser. This was probably the best one so far. There were several viable suspects.

Seemed rushed. I know this series is typically short but this one seemed shorter than the others. Or it didn't have the flow and connections, it just jumped to the conclusion.

Roe's stepfamily plays a more prominent role in this book, when one of her step-sister-in-laws is murdered. It turns out Poppy had more secrets and suspects than anyone knew. A better book than the last one, but still didn't quite hit the mark.
