Rereading these childhood favorites. Each book is like the perfect little episode of some weird sci-fi channel show! What a joy to revisit this series I was OBSESSED with! 

Even better? The author didn't end up some dusty old TERF... K.A. Applegate continues to be a voice for justice, and those values ring true in her writing.
