I love a good time travel story and this didn’t disappoint it’s a very sweet story with a few unexpected surprises along the way. Although she didn’t expect to be the one that was the traveler because her birthday was supposed to of been a day later but nothings wrote in stone. Great read can’t wait to read more

Knihu jsem začala číst dneska a stále se nestačím divit, že mi čtení uběhlo jako nic. Mám spoustu otázek a rozhodně se ještě dneska vrhnu na pokračování! :)
Čekala jsem, že to bude vtipnější, ale když na to došlo, smála jsem se fakt od srdce. A leckdy to bylo takový čitelný, kdo je Lucy a Paul mi došlo hned na začátku, za to teda ta jedna hvězdička...

been wanting to reread this for a while now and i didnt remember how fast paced everything was! it was action packed yet easy to go through, and short as well! it keeps me engaged, even if my attention span has been steadily decreasing over the years since ive read this the first time.
I liked so much about this book! The thing I really disliked was the dynamic between Gwen and Charlotte (also the dynamic with gideon to the extent it overlapped with their rivalry, minus that his stuff would have been fine). The time-travelling and the way it was enacted felt fresh and original

Ich werde kein einziges schlechtes Wort zu diesem Buch akzeptieren. Es ist meine absolute Comfort Reihe und mir ist egal dass es nicht perfekt is und Plotholes hat. Mir ist egal dass es keinen Sinn macht, dass Lucy und Paul beide nicht mehr aus der Vergangenheit zurückkommen können weil eigentlich ja nur einer zur Zeit springen kann und dadurch nicht beide mit dem Chronographen springen können. Der vibe der ganzen Geschichte ist einfach magisch. Vor allem die Szenen in der Vergangenheit sind einfach schön. Früher habe ich mir immer gewünscht in den Zeiten zu leben. Jedes Mal wenn ich die Geschichte höre versetze ich mich in die Orte hinein.
Einen funfact den ich über die Story liebe: sie findet insgesamt über zwei Wochen statt und das erste Buch nur innerhalb von drei Tagen. Ich liebe es einfach wie wir Gwen den ganzen Tag begleiten und es einfach nicht langweilig ist.
Ich finde es etwas schade, dass das Hörbuch gekürzt ist.
