I really enjoyed this! Definitely recommend for bachelor fans or anyone who has also read “When to Watch” this was a very fun read! My only complaint is that a lot of the writing e.g. adjectives used, phrases spoken and even dialogue was really repetitive that kind of drove me nuts! I might have missed it i wasn’t reading it on audio. I would definitely recommend the audiobook for a solo road-trip !!

This was such a cute book. Nothing showstopping, but it was enjoyable. I appreciated the diverse cast and the fun setting. At times it really felt like it was taken straight out of an episode of The Bachelor. Overall relaxing read to pass the time.

Look, it’s not a literary masterpiece but it’s also not trying to be. The characters all have limited personalities that are easily boiled down to tropes similar to those typically seen on shows like The  Bachelor and the logistics of a reality dating show airing essentially in real time make very little sense but everything from the airport meet cute to the final line made my heart happy so I’m willing to overlook it.

Oh my goodness this book was precious. Low heat but full of tender moments. Cindy is dealing with a big life transition from school and facing her grief over the death of her father. Henry is just trying to help save his business. These two cuties end up on a bachelor-esque dating show after a meet cute on the plane ride from New York to LA.

I love that even though this is a retelling of the Cinderella story that Cindy’s stepmom and stepsisters are really really kind to her. They have a genuine relationship and I loved that.

Personally, I really missed the spice.(we're dealing with a fade to black and pg13 vocabulary).
It was still a sweet romance book and I liked that we were introduced to a lot of different characters with the story not only being about 'the couple' but I think even a little spice added could have made me ship them more...

I listened to the audio book and couldn’t stop. I’ve never been a fan of  The Batchelor or Bachelorette shows but I loved this book and that is what it was is about—finding love on a reality TV show. But it’s also so so much more than that!

I loved the characters and loved to hate one in particular. Happy to have a career driven, fat protagonist who was not afraid to exist and speak up for herself; as well as all the LGBTQIA+ and POC characters.

This book ticked so many boxes—sweet, romantic, funny, tearjerking, and heartwarming, with a couple of twists and turns along the way. I absolutely loved it!
