This story was heartbreakingly beautiful. It's about love, growth, forgiveness and all that angsty stuff we love. Salem and Thayer deserve the world and more, they had me laughing, crying -god how they had me crying-, I felt all their pain, the anger, hurt ugh the angst man, an emotional rollercoaster pretty much sums up what exactly this book is. That being said, the romance? it was heart warming & oh so heart breaking, it broke me and put me back together.
Salem & Thayer's relationship really showed all the beauty and ugly of being in a real relationship. It showed that not everything is rainbows and heart eyes, it showed the arguments, the fights, the hurt but more importantly, it showed the forgiveness, the importance of talking about your feelings, respecting boundaries & working together to make the relationship grow beautifully and healthily.
also the dude built a gym in his house for her? kept diet coke in his house just for her? waited every morning (regardless of whether she's going or not) to go on a run with her when she has nightmares? like I could go on and on but fuck where's my grumpy cinnamon roll s/o? cookie dough cupcakes, peonies, wildflowers and the forest will never be the same for me again

If you’re not reading this series what are you really doing…this was soooo good I can cry
Okay… WHAT WAS THAT ENDING?!? to be honest I’m not sure if I do wanna read the next book but I might cause I hated the ending ALSO THE BOOK HAD QUOTES LIKE I LOVED AND THEN I FINISH IT LIKE?!? WHAT DO I DO?!?

I gave this story 5 stars ! This was exactly the kind of story I've been dieing to get my hands on. It's the kinda story that you can't out down! It rips your heart out and makes you feel everything! You fall in love with the characters!
