Pride and Prejudice is one of my all-time favorite books, I re-read it at least twice a year. It has a special place in my heart, so I'm very picky about any kind of adaptation and most of the time, I end up hating'em. I was very intrigued by vampire take on it. I mean, come on, Darcy screams vampire. :)

Well, I was blown away by the story. I was hooked from the start, I read it all through the end, with no breaks. :) (that's my favorite way to read'em) The story somehow kept the spirit of original, while taking its own spin on it. I love the way vampire stuff, wasn't overwhelming, just a little sprinkles of it, to make the story shine.

The next book took the original concept and took it to a whole new level, I mean it takes an amazing writer to keep up with Jane Austin's work and write a sequel that makes the story shine in a whole new way.

I highly recommend it to fans of Jane Austin & vampires.
