“It seems every path I’ve taken, every decision I’ve made, all of it was meant to lead me here just so I could hear my name pronounced on your tongue.”

THIS BOOK! Pam Godwin, you sneaky sneaky woman. This book took me on a JOURNEY of emotions. You start off thinking this book is going to be one way and then it completely flips your expectations on its head.

I loved Luke and his girls story. She was a fighter and strong, resilient character and Luke was so alpha and hot but so caring.

There was one scene that literally had my heart beating out of my chest and there were scenes that made me burst out loving! I really enjoyed this journey and I’m READY for Tomas’ book!!!

Just when I think Pam has reached the pinnacle she knocks me out with another dark, delicious, romantic, thrilling and shocking tale. I loved getting the insight into Luke as he embarks on a very dangerous both physically and emotional rescue mission into La Rocha Cartel looking for Vera. The layers of Luke that we discover has he emotionally grapples with what he may and has to do considering his background was brilliant. Vera is one fierce bold and strong women. She is brilliant in how she has figured out how to survive to this point. I have to say the crescendo of the story was one of the best I have ever read. It was shocking, heart breaking and stand on your feet and scream at your kindle. I loved every single page.
