This book was gifted to me, and other teammates by a VP of the company I work for. I think it is very approachable, and easy to understand. It is a quick read.

Not a lot to it, which makes it better than a lot of self help books.

Read this for work. Not impressed. Personal accountability is important, yes. This book just read like a branding and marketing of ideas and concepts that are in lots of other books.

Some of it a bit too corporate and (this is an example from the book for teachers): "You feel overworked and underpaid? Well...what can you do to reignite your passion for teaching?"

Uh....

The core message of this book is simple: instead of thinking that you are a victim of circumstances or other people's actions, take ownership of your life and ask yourself what you can do to improve the situation. Tons of examples helped me recognize these principles in certain areas of my own life.

This should be required reading for everyone!

I read this for work, but it turned out to be fairly interesting. Great examples; easy to read.

A quick and easy read. It has a lot of great takeaways. Granted, there's nothing in this book that you've never heard before but it does remind you the importance of accountability in your life and how NOT taking responsibility can affect you. I definitely realized how it was negatively affecting me and how I could re-frame it in the future. It's worth an hour or two of your time for a refresher!

This was a very simplistic book with a cutesy acronym. Nothing new here.

Quick simple read.
informative inspiring lighthearted reflective fast-paced

Very repetitive but got the point across
