This one started out at 3 stars for me but slowly worked its way to 4. A slow burn, I started out annoyed by how dense the main character was and just perplexed by the whole argument she was having with her mom that leads to her impromptu trip to Japan. But then I got distracted by the descriptions of Japan and the overall love story and ended up liking the book almost in spite of myself.

This was AMAZING!!! ❤️ All the food and sites made me feel like i litreally was in Japan! The romance was sooo sweet and cute!
