I appreciated all the characters, but it is definitely Elizabeth Zott that is still lingering in my mind days after I finished this story. Her intelligence, strength, unwillingness to compromise who she was and her despite everything life threw at her. But also her ability to not restrict the potential of anyone (even her dog!) and to believe that everyone was able of extraordinary things whether it be cooking and/or chemistry. I hadn't met a strong female character like that in a while, so it is really refreshing especially when I was just expecting a romance, but I got so much more!

Finished this largely in one sitting during a slow day at work. Elizabeth Zott is delightful and Six Thirty’s commentary made me cry more than once.
