really loved it, even teared up at multiple parts, but I felt like the ending could've been better for the Cade, it seem super not in character for her. overall though it was queer magic.

I thought this was such a great book! Just a solid rom-com overall. I loved the characters, especially Selena and Cade. I was invested in our main characters developments and rooted for their happily ever after. The plot was also easy to follow and kept me interested all the way to the end. And the spice was top tier, really well done!

The writing style was not my favorite unfortunately. Sometimes the dialogue between characters would be awkward and could've been fleshed out more. Some scenes also could've used another round of editing to make sure everything made sense. In addition, I absolutely despised Cade's parents. They sounded like nightmares to me, I can see why Cade was so uptight and broody. I'd be that and more if I had parents like that!
