I loved this book with all the fibres of my being. It's a slow burn, a grumpy x sunshine, an opposites attract and a stranger's to lovers story all masterfully rolled into one. I love Cade. I love Selena. I love Ruth and Becket and Amy.

cade elgin is a more serious person, doesn’t have no relationships she’s rather much a boring person. cade inherits a sex toy shop, and now is being force to talk about pleasured and is starting to develop feelings for her new co-worker. selena mathis is trying to help keep the shop and make it successful with cade but will they be able to keep the shop open?

ok, so yeah i did not like this book at all. there was nothing that i liked about it. i found myself to be so damn bored with this book. i honestly thought this would be a fun cute cheesy book with some funny moments especially since it takes place at a sex shop but i don’t know i just didn’t enjoy the humor or this story. i didn’t care for the characters at all and honestly just wanted this book to be over with. just a very flat and boring story sadly, but i still so plan on giving this author another chance with their next book hopefully.

I went into this novel expecting shameless smut, and I vastly underestimated it.

Stetz-Waters offers humor, heartache, and a tale of true love and all its trials in this tale of a failing sex-shop, the loss of an eccentric relative, and breaking free of the labels and molds which others impose upon us. Cade and Selena's growth and self-discovery in the novel are never underplayed, and while the story possesses a confident and warm understanding of sexuality, the humor and sex do not drown out the meaningfulness of the novel.
