I was craving a silly romcom and this delivered... but was also rude with all the real emotions it snuck in.

The MCs were so weird and the alternating third person perspective really helped emphasize that weirdness. They felt like people I would hang out with, all awkward and blurting out random thoughts response to serious questions.

Overall the chemistry between the MC's were great. Both the sexual attraction and the squishy emotions were balanced in a way that felt natural and believable.

I was really hyped by this book and was glad that it turned out to be what I was expecting and more.

great concept but everything felt flat to me. i think the author would've benefited from some editing. there were moments i put down the book and laughed at the descriptions (and not in a good way).
