Not much meat here
This book is basically some pretty generic, high-level advice with a lot of "if you want to learn more about this, buy my other ebook" links.
Disappointing. I won't be buying any other titles by this author.

Writing to a pulp.
Good stuff here. Solid and sound. Good technics for speeding up the process. Good reminders. However, much of it is not new.

Firstly, this is a very quick read. Seeing as it's about using the pulp novel style used by Robert E. Howard, Dashiell Hammett etc., that's probably quite apt.
Explains how to get ideas for a story, characters, plotting, drafting and finally writing and editing it.
The author does tend to gloss over some parts, or use it as an opportunity to advertise other books he has written that go into more detail on certain subjects such as dialogue or hitting a certain number of words each day.
A handy reference and also a good reminder that not every book needs to be a sprawling epic if you can convey the same detail in a shorter/quicker/less wordy manner.
