I enjoyed this! I did one chapter a day so I could really try and implement the chapters into my everyday life. I’ve also been doing the meditation everyday and so far so good.

I really enjoyed this book. It was a very fast read. I already believe I live a extraordinary life, but there were many things he spoke of that I’ve never done and started practicing. Also, I liked all the examples and stories, but most of all his free daily “6 phase method” mediation is amazing. I’ve done it for 3 days now and yesterday was one of those amazing days were everything just works out. I would recommend this to anyone and everyone. 

Nothing new. Mostly one long advertisement for the dude's website, app, and membership. It was a reminder of all the tips I read in previous books. It was an OK pep talk to pick me up out of a funk, but I'd pass this and pick up something else.

While I do believe this book has some great lessons, I found it very hard to keep reading and I felt like I had to constantly push myself because of how repetitive it was. In most chapters he kept repeating things from previous ones just to fill space.
