Wow, wow, wow, educationally. Translation makes this a hard read though.
I gotta start using excerpts of leftist theory as preworkout because boy does it get me riled up and ready to fight

Great as an audiobook narrated by Aaron Goodson, but as someone new to theory and its jargon I think it would benefit me to go over this again in physical form to digest it better. 'The Wretched of the Earth' remains very relevant 60 years later, and incredibly illuminating.

This is a heavy read, almost like reading a textbook. I think the 60+ page introduction, foreword, and preface of the 2021 edition are particularly off-putting to the reader as well, just because it takes so long to get to Fanon’s actual writing. I found the most compelling parts of this book to be the last essay, Colonial Wars and Mental Disorders.

Required reading for any anti-colonialist, shit slaps from cover to cover.
