Reading this volume traumatized me more than the actual book by Osamu Dazai. Tears were shed. The author explored and portrayed the dark emotions very well in this volume. And also it reveals his childhood traumas. Huge trigger warnings.

This is the best volume in the series! You can sense the unsettling tragedy and desperation. It's just. . . devastatingly heart-breaking.

It was refreshing to read something that doesn't have thousand volumes and I think three volumes is a perfect amount for a manga like this. This final volume was REALLY depressing and disturbing, but in a way quite good.
