For lack of a better word, WOW. I can still remember fussing over reading Beautiful Creatures and all of a sudden I had the entire series waiting on my Kindle to be read. I was and still am happy that I decided to read it, I was very surprised and didn't expect what I found in the pages of the first book and the same goes for the rest of the series. It was a very unexpected story, for me a unique and clever concept that captured my imagination and captivated me.

As Gatlin continue to suffer from Abraham Ravenwood's evil hands, and the mooon splitting, Ethan realizes he's "The One Who Is Two". He knows he has no choice but to make things right no matter the cost. Ethan made the ultimate sacrifice to save the people he loves, he had to die to create a new order. So the story basically picks up where it left off in Beautiful Chaos and Ethan finds himself on the other side where those who passed on ends up. at least some do it seems. Ethan soon finds out that he's was not suppose to die and there might be a way to return home but it is a very dangerous journey. As Ethan takes up the task of finding his way back to Lena, Amma, Link and his father he realizes there are worst things than dying and things can get even worse than he could have ever imagined.

I enjoyed this last book and seeing Ethan's and Lena's perseverance to find each other again. I'm going to miss everyone, especially Ethan, and Lena, definitely Link, Amma, Macon, Liv, John, and last but not least the sisters. When I finding my self crying at a sad part and then they just pop up on the next page, I find myself laughing. The were three of the most endearing and humorous characters in the story and possibly anywhere. Beautiful Redemption was a befitting ending to a very good story of interesting characters I won't soon forget.

I always wondered what did Amma find Link doing in her basement when he was nine years old. Well, I found out and I was surprised, not what I would have guessed. I also hoped that Ethan would be able to enjoy his chocolate milk again someday, a little biased about that, love chocolate milk a lot myself. I counld understand how hard that would have been for him, to not have his chocolate fix. LOL.

I actually enjoyed this book more than the other three, but it also gave me a better understand of the previous ones. Reading the ending of this series, I felt I liked the series more and I know I will read it again.

I liked Ethan's narrations more than Lena's but I appreciated Lena's too. It made me sad thinking the series was over, but I also felt it was a good ending.
The ending, even though it made me a bit sad, also made sense. It wasn't a completely happy ending. You lose something, you gain something.

The whole concept of life after death was really interesting. It really had me there :) And God I hated Angelus. Good riddance. :P

Yup, definately I will reread this series one day.

Meh. It wasn't bad by any means, but it felt very anti-climactic to me, especially since this was the final book of the series.

Wow .. It's not often that a book makes me cry but I cried several times throughout the book . I wasn't in love with this series at first but I have totally changed my mind . I especially adored this final book .

FYI I read all of these via audiobooks.
I love the narrators and bc the books are rather long they were perfect for my long drives to and from work .

Even If you didn't get into the first one I suggest you pick them up audio format.

I'm kind of...disappointed. I expected more from this book.
At first I thought that this could be the perfect end for the entire series. But it isn't. To be honest, this is the weakest book from them all. The plot is...okay, but too long without any significant action. Nothing is going on in the entire book and suddenly everything happens in like, what, 30 pages?!
The death of Abraham was boring. He is like the most powerful Caster the world has ever seen...he has this amazing plans for extermination the entire human race...he has an amazing abilities and power...and he is killed by some stupid teenage kid and an old man using some magical light. I mean, come on! Author wanted him dead, but that doesn't mean she should kill him in about 4 pages just because Lena wanted some stupid book for her eternal love Ethan. Nobody has the power to kill Abraham, but there is Link, teenage boy with his scissors or whatever. It's just stupid.
2 stars because it is the last book to be written about Caster world and because I like the series. The plot isn't so bad itself, but the story is boring and kind of lame (especially the deaths are just silly).
