This was fun and light - I listened to the audiobook for part of it which was nice because the authors were really emotive in their reading and made the content even more engaging (podcast vibes?).

Such a fun read/listen. I highly recommend listening to this on audio, the authors seem to be really enjoying themselves and they have great voices. It is everything you could want in pop-sci: short and easily understood vignets of current science that takes only a basic background in math and science to fully enjoy. Easily completed in one or two sittings.

As much as I love Hannah and Adam’s work, if you read science books often, listen to their podcast or Radiolab, the book delivers mostly content you’ve already learn about elsewhere. I still liked it, but felt like it felt short of the promise of the title (something A Short Story of Nearly Everything succeeded on)

I am a big fan of their podcast and I wished this was longer!

A pretty fun book from silly smart people, this book presented a lot of facts I already knew but helped to reenforce them in my brain. I also found that the theme and ideology of this book works well I think this was recommended through a podcast ad and it was worth the quick read!
