This is such a good story, i really like all the themes the author explored. However, pacing overshadowed a little too much my level of enjoyment. We get to explore this new world in the first 3/4 of the book and then all the adventure story, and its resolution are developed in the las 25 pages, it is easy to assume that it felt incredibly rushed. This is one of those stories where more pages would've been the solution, if the last part of the book were more developed maybe we could've had a longer and more profound discussion about destiny and the hero complex in humanity, which are some of my favourite themes in the book too.
All of this coming as criticism based solely in my own tastes as a reader, and i say this because even though i have my critiques to the story, i still think it is so well done and it is one of my top three books from this series. The characters are complex and the world they are living is as complex as them. One of my favourite protagonist! so many good things that are going to captivate so many people.
i do recommend it, just be prepared for some speed resolution, but stay for the possibility that this new character might have in the next book.
