definitely an introduction and concise overview of the socio-economic situation in Puerto Rico, post-Hurricane Maria. It’s short and bittersweet and a great jumping off point into learning more.

A quick but devastating read. I can easily see this as a warning about how the treatment, or lack thereof, of Puerto Rico -- both before and after Hurricane Maria -- is foreshadowing what the Trump administration is planning for the rest of America. American citizens -- ALL American citizens -- deserve better.

Good little book for an example of the shock doctrine in practice and the ongoing fight against it.
