This was such a romantic read and I loved it. As someone still in my early thirties, Vincent really resonates with me - I’m not far from my twenties, but closer to 40 because time is only moving forward. But I liked that this was a reminder that devastating things don’t have to bring your life to a halt. I love that Vincent was given space and time to have a period of growth during a time when most people start to settle and become stagnant. I was in Love with all of the characters…except Cillian…lol.
If you like poetry, candlelight, intimacy, and the Eiffel Tower, this book is absolutely for you. I don’t know how Cross-Smith was able to transport me to Paris so easily but I never want to leave now

5 star book 1 star ending so idk?!?! Still going on my favorites shelf even though I viscerally needed an epilogue.

The author's writing is good, but I didn't vibe with the story. It was a quick read and mostly enjoyable; ultimately the protagonist was too sophomoric and selfish for my taste.
My favorite book i’ve read so far this year.
Love the writing. I wrote so many quotes from this book in my journal. Love the playlists!
This is the second book i’ve read with a female protagonist named Vincent. Considering it for my future daughter!
