4.25/5 Stars!

I love a good FMC out for revenge.  It makes them a little reckless... a little desperate and that is the beauty of this book.  Kane is ruthless, mean, and heartless... until he becomes a man obsessed.  I think Rina always does an amazing job balancing the alphahole with the obsessive protective MMC. I love the secret society vibes as well.  I would have loved to see maybe just one or two more hockey scenes and maybe a smidge more obsession from the MMC at the beginning of the book.  He was a smidge indifferent at first, but I ended up falling in love well before the end.  The audiobook narration was amazing.  I loved the voices Rina chose for these two.
