If I tell you that I carried this book in my backpack and reread it on repeat in high school (and probably reread it dozens of times since then), will it be enough to describe my love for this masterpiece?
I thought it was a romance book and it was never near it. I don't understand the hype of this classic book.
eu nao sei se gostei ou nao desse livro. toda vez que eu pegava pra ler passava horas e horas digerindo esse enredo estranho e personagens mais estranhos ainda. quando eu largava dizia que odiava a historia e nunca mais voltaria a ler. mas terminei ontem e posso dizer que mesmo com todas as adversidades desse livro, é impossivel voce deixar de se cativar por essa escrita sensacional da emily bronte, ela consegue deixar as acoes do heathcliff tao imperdoaveis que voce ate se esquece que ele teve um passado, e pra mim é assim que a construcao de viloes deveria funcionar...
