All Star Batman : #5 - #9 (vol. 2?) - 2.5 out of 5 stars

So , I don't know what the actual name for this story arc was ... so Volume 2 it is (i guess)

What I Liked:

The story started out in an episodic manner and then turned out to be part of a big story arc , that managed to involve nearly all the big names of the Batman Rogue gallery , including Mr. Freeze,Mat Hatter , Ivy and Ra's .

The plot reminded me somewhat of the Batman the animated series , where Batman always overcame struggles thanks to his superior intelligence rather than simply using gadgets and being a Bad-ass.

What I didn't Like:

This could be a long list so I'll just point em out and not describe
- Awful , awful , awful art
- wayyy too convulated plot at most times.
- The Duke Story was lame
- The mad-hatter issue didn't make sense for most part
- didn't feel like a big deal
- way too easy and anti-climatic ending

Conclusion:

I like Snyder , but this was just joy killing , I might stop reading All star if the next arc isn't good , for now I'd say , stay away

Wasn't so hot on this series when it began, but this is arguably one of Snyder's best single Batman issues. Full review below.
