Cute but lacking in substance, I enjoyed it but I’m glad I read Wild and Wrangled first, as I think Sage had found her voice a bit more by then.

I've seen a lot of hype surrounding this series recently, so I figured I'd give it a try when my Libby hold arrived.
And, hmmm... I did like it, but if I made a drinking game out of the number of times he calls her "sugar", I'd be in the hospital with alcohol poisoning, or more likely dead...

Not my type of romance…
This was totally insta love andddd i didn’t like it, to me everything was in a rush and it seemed fake. Also i didn’t connect with the whole cowboy thing, like the author touched the horses thing but no idk it was weird.
I didn’t like the spice scenes, they were so rude, and the things Luke told Emmy… i was just not into it.
The story was weird in a way that some scenes that would be important to me to comprehend the development of the relationship of the main characters WEREN’T there, or they mentioned it in a sentence, idk i think it would be different and better to understand their INSTA LOVE.
Something I did like it it was an aspect of they relationship, that they were so mesmerized in their own world and i think it’s so cute that.

Loved this book, relatable characters, fun story, quick read. Took .25 off because the resolution felt a liiiittle quick? Would still highly recommend for a quick smutty read 😌

Was this a perfect read, no. However the atmosphere and the smut was delicious.
We follow Emmy and Luke's love story in the backdrop of a ranch in the Midwest.
The reason it didn't get a perfect score was because of the amount of times the word "FU**" Was used. I'm not a person that doesn't like swear words, I encourage a potty mouth, but when a curse is used over and over again, not can get annoying. I found myself rolling my eyes when Luke repeatedly said it during a sex scene.
Other then that, I am so excited to continue on with the series!
