a perspective on Tibetan Buddhism and the ideas present in that religion. i highly recommend to anyone interested in Buddhist philosophy and anyone who wants to learn about the practices and how they can impact your life (even if you're not a Buddhist). as a Buddhist i found it very interesting to hear about Tibetan Buddhism from another perspective.

It is highly repetitive and confusing at time for newcomers. It's quite unfortunate, as the book had much potential. However, I cannot give it more than a two-star rating due to chunk of it's utter nonsense and lack of clarity.

This isn’t a book I can review in the conventional sense.

Easily the best overview of Tibetan Buddhism I've ever read. I liked the progression of actions that we can take in the present moment (living) to what that prepared is for in the end (dying). Recommend if you'd want to learn more about the religion/practice.
