This is adorable. Devil Wears Prada meets 2015 - and not only because it's set in a fashion magazine. Cute. The girls are mostly much nicer than in DWP though.
Not the best literature, but fun to read and the premise of kindness paying off in the long run made my heart happy.

Didn't find any of it to be true. This book is definitely not funny and not nearly as smart as The Devil Wears Prada. Pretty one dimensional and predictable. One character is made into a can-do-no-wrong angel and the other is made so hideous she is hard to believe.

This was a good book and an interesting read, bit it STRESSED me out so much that most of it wasn't an enjoyable read. The drama! Oy. I liked the ending (which I had to get to!) But I'm definitely not going to reread it.
This book was so much fun! I really enjoyed reading it. Started it at the end of a vacation so of course when I got home I had to shelve it for over week, until today, where I promptly read the second half of the book in one sitting. Makes me sad I don't have more fashion sense though!

Above average chick-lit. Listened on tape while making a 9 hour drive and it kept me entertained and awake. It's set in the fashion industry but is not too over the top about fashion. Likable characters, except for the villain.
