Once again, as with the first two books, love the characters and the storyline but can’t handle the complete departure from existing paranormal mythology. It seemed even more pronounced in this book.
Also, again, the jumping back and forth between different couples’ stories is irritating. Why not just write a book about each couple? Just as I’d get into a scene with one couple it was like whiplash pulling me to a different time and place.
Once again a very anti-climatic tie up to the major storyline and the hint of trouble to come.
And once again, having said all that I like the characters and will read book four to see what happens with this next couple.
