This was a fun read. If you’re looking for a cliche mafia romance, you’ll enjoy this. It’s broken and unhinged hero and the woman who loves him despite it all.
My main issue was that FMC Angelina didn’t feel fully fleshed out. Her whole life seemed to revolve around Sergei. All we saw her do was just be with Sergei throughout.
Her dreams, aspirations, friendships were barely there.
Asides that though, I still had a nice time with the book. I will be continuing the series.

Almost wanted to rate this 5 stars in the beginning but just like the first two books in this series, it just feels too much like a Wattpad story. The book is entertaining, no doubt, but the quality of the writing is just not good enough. The last 20% of the book definitely weren’t as good as the beginning, it was too cliché and “unrealistic”.
