I am loving this mafia series so far and I will absolutely be continuing. I loved Angelina & Sergei awww the broken tortured soul that you are馃槱馃ズ I鈥檓 so happy they got their happy ending. I absolutely love when the romance is healing and helping each other get through things. The fmc absolutely kept the mmc fighting and that in itself was so beautiful. "When you look at me, I remember I'm still alive." I recommend starting this series asap perfect palate cleansers between reads.

This series is the best for unhinged mafia romance. You have to suspend disbelief but they are so good.
He is a former government trained hit man, she is a cartel princess he rescues. Sergei is certifiably insane. Honestly Angelina has to be insane as well to stay with him.

This book had a lot of potential that it unfortunately didn't live up to. It wasn't bad, but the characters could've had more depth. The romance was missing something. I kept getting annoyed because Sergei was supposed to be this killing machine, but I it seemed like a facade.
