My God, Sergei t's incredible! I really loved how Angelina taught him not to put himself down, to love himself with his problems and not to believe himself to be a burden. The relationship between Sergei and Felix 10/10 my man taking care of all his children the best way he could. Something that I hated too much, because I felt it was false and like it was written just to fit into the story line, was the fact that Angelina had gone back to Mexico for Diego's threats! It was like girl, what are you doing? Why not tell the truth... that "sacrifice" for Sergei was unnecessary… I think it would have been more believable and more emotional if they had had an accident and they had kidnapped her... it only made me hate her, the nice feelings that I had for her vanished the moment I read the letter she left for Sergei... my baby deserved more, bad woman!!!. The epilogue, incredible, the fact that Sasha can make him "come back" too, was a dose of spectacular tenderness... and the Easter eggs for future books GOD, fabulous. Sergei baby you deserve the world. Hope Sasha gets a book on 2nd Gen.

I adored these two, their dynamic, the bond that grew and cemented between them! Angelina was his one and only for evermore. And Angelina LITERALLY would give her life for him. They are perfect for each other and one of my top three couples from this series.

This is what I want when I read a mafia book. Love a broken, unhinged mmc. You touch her, you die. He fell first. And Mimi? She was the star of the show. I got scared when she was taken to Mexico too because I would riot if she was hurt or worse but she and Nana were the heroes in that fight. Loved them both. Sergei and Angelina are my favorite couple so far and Sergei will be hard to beat in this series. On to the next one.
