You ever feel like your heart is missing something, that it’s not complete without a piece that’s missing? Drazak and Han’zir didn’t until Esme nearly died in their barn. Cue a steamy love story, full of all sorts of feels. Miscommunication ensues at one point and all hell breaks lose, but together they need to learn to trust and believe in one another. I absolutely loved this MMF monster romance. Even this far out, this trio didn’t escape the war going on, but they prevail the best way they can. Absolutely loved it!

Such a cute story about love and perseverance during war. You got your escape and survival, finding a new home, miscommunication and trust trope, but it all resolves nicely without too much angst and drama. The spicy scenes were fun and steamy. As someone who doesn't particularly love breeding/pregnancy but was aware of it going in due to the thorough CWs, I found that part of the story really sweet and not overbearing or annoying - so points for that! I also LOVE a grumpy x sunshine x cinnamon roll situation and definitely got that with this adorable orc-troll-human throuple!
