im really glad that they actually went ahead and saved casey, since nathan could see that casey was very important for carter, and the guilt of what he had to see done to casey and what he had to do with carter pushed him all-together to get benny to buy him. ngl, im very excited to read casey's story, which i know will be the worst of them all (if the author decides to keep writing the survivor's stories) because of what i know already happened to him and the state he was when benny saved him 😠oh imma have a cry or two about them
also noticed that they didn't have sex (go carter!) since nathan lied to him, fuck maison also cause carter could've kept his mouth shut and act the role accordingly. but, i feel his guilt would've been worse since he technically couldn't tell anybody else. i also felt bad for nathan (ugh, ik) bc he really loves carter but he's basically his monster.. so it's going to be hard after they're in the safehouse to move on from all the abuse that he caused carter and could've prevented so many things from happening.
