Really enjoyed this! At times it was a little complicated to follow - perhaps a result of the somewhat trippy content of the book. Nonetheless, fascinating by the counterculture movement and would recommend anyone to give it a read.

When I first read this book when I was in high school a hundred years ago, it changed the direction of my life. And I haven't reread it since. So I started the reread with some sense of trepidation. Luckily, I found it holds up well and I still found that it tugs at some inner part of my soul that doesn't quite fit in "straight" society. I LOVED it!
