Important, heavy topic covered with sardonic whimsy (I'm struggling for an apt descriptor here) chock full of pop culture references. It reads a bit like the Strict Scrutiny podcast. Which means it is both fun and educational and of the current moment. I'd highly recommend this for folks who want to be more informed on the Supreme Court but have trouble wading through the heavy nature of the law or find politics frustrating or boring. My only criticism is that it may not be accessible across cultures and age groups because of the pop culture references. However, the last chapter is a must read (and act upon) for everyone living through this moment.
